The Foundation for Polish Science and SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities are proud to invite you for the “ON MENTORING AND COACHING IN SCIENCE” conference.
The conference will be devoted to the use of mentoring and coaching as tools for scholars to support their career and competence development. The conference participants will have the opportunity to attend workshops on the role of mentoring and coaching in such issues as overcoming job burnout, transferring academic organisation culture and efforts for inclusion and equality.
